The 2.19% fixed floor needs top-tier credit, autopay, the Flat Repayment Option and the shortest term all at once, and release takes half the repayment term plus 24 straight on-time payments. Make sure your cosigner can stay on that long.
Skip it if your cosigner wants off the loan soon, or you won't meet all four conditions for the floor rate.
