CreditAssociates Review

Debt settlement for balances over $10,000, with nothing charged up front. Independent CreditAssociates review: 0/5 for debt relief.

By Michael Hewitt, Founder & Editor-in-Chief.

Our verdict

Settlement damages your credit while the program runs, and CreditAssociates doesn't publish its fee percentage, which is set at enrollment. It takes $10,000 or more in unsecured debt with nothing charged up front, over programs it says usually run 24 to 36 months. Get the fee in writing, because its missing CFPB complaint record is an absence of evidence.

Skip it if your unsecured debt is under $10,000, or if you need your credit intact while the program runs.
