All-in-one investing alongside SoFi banking and loans. Independent SoFi Invest review: 4.2/5 for brokerage. Best for Existing SoFi members.
By Michael Hewitt, Founder & Editor-in-Chief. Rates last checked September 7, 2026.
Our verdict
Existing SoFi members have the clearest reason to use SoFi Invest: $0 commission on stocks and ETFs and no minimum deposit to open, a 1% IRA match on contributions and rollovers up to IRS limits, and access to a credentialed SoFi financial planner. Research tools are limited compared to Fidelity or Schwab, and robo portfolios skip tax-loss harvesting, which keeps it from rating higher.
Skip it if you rely on deep research tools, or want tax-loss harvesting in a robo portfolio.
