Aven HELOC Card Review

HELOC that works like a credit card: swipe to access your equity. Independent Aven HELOC Card review: 4.2/5 for heloc.

By Michael Hewitt, Founder & Editor-in-Chief.

Our verdict

Aven puts home equity on a Visa card, for borrowers who want to swipe rather than draw, with no annual fee and 2% cashback. That cashback requires a minimum monthly spend, credit limits run lower than traditional HELOCs, and it isn't sold in every state. Treat each swipe as a draw on your home equity.

Skip it if you need a large credit line, or if Aven doesn't lend in your state.
