Capital One 360 Performance Savings Review

One rate on every balance, no monthly fee and no minimum, with Capital One branch and Café access.

By Michael Hewitt, Founder & Editor-in-Chief. Rates last checked October 12, 2026.

Our verdict

360 Performance Savings pays one rate on every balance, 3.10% APY, with no monthly fee and no minimum, so there is no tier to outgrow and nothing to qualify for. That clean setup, and a bank with branches and Cafés behind it, earn the grade; the rate does not, because 3.10% is at the low end of the savings accounts we rank. There is no ATM access, so cash leaves through a branch or a transfer to a checking account.

Skip it if you want the highest savings rate available, or need to pull cash from an ATM.
