Eligibility is the whole question: USAA covers only military members, veterans and their families, and for them it offers the lowest premiums in the industry and outstanding claims satisfaction. AM Best rates it A++ and it adds deployment and vehicle storage benefits, though there are no local agents. If you qualify, quote it first.
